Bansky at the Bristol Museum

(memo)

Signs stuck up outside the Bristol Museum announced: “Closed for essential maintenance work”. But the true story was something quite different – an out and out street-art blitz coordinated by the exhibition’s curator and the artist Bansky. Until 31st August, 100 examples of his provocative art will be on display here consisting of political and ethical slogans both provocative and poetic – all witty interpretations of the social dynamics – both amusing and subtle – of our times.
