Her name is Shien Lee, she was born in Taipei but has now conquered New York with her voice, her mix of 1920s style vintage glamour combined with geisha clothes and ultra-gaudy feathers – not to mention Dance of Vice, a series of gothic events in which you can dress up as a rococo lady or Charleston girl.
