IL BACK STAGE DEI TOKIO HOTEL

(be costume, myPLAYLIST)

06 10

It’s a Sunday of “total craziness” as we accompany a crowd of adoring teenage girl fans to the C’N'C Showroom to wait for their idols the band Tokio Hotel. It is all part of a competition held by UNIVERSAL who have given 500 lucky winners the chance to witness the official launch of Humanoid, the band’s new album.

It isn’t at all easy to access the entrance to the C’N’C Showroom, the venue chosen for the event. The girl fans are all crammed against the barriers and some of them have been here since yesterday evening. However what counts is the result … and even if some effort is required … here we are in the
Showroom!

After undergoing two security checks by the guards we are given our passes and a special T-short for the event. We manage to get to their dressing-room door. We knock, open the door and look around.
The band still hasn’t arrived. The C’N’C girls have prepared their outfits.
We obviously glance at the rack and try on something (including headgear).
Who knows what Bill and company will go for!

The security people turn up. The band must be about to arrive. The girls in the hall are screaming at the top of their voices. And then – here they are!
They come in from the back of the showroom preceded by another five bodyguards. And Ennio Capasa who welcomes them.

All eyes are on Bill and his crest. He really is hypnotizing! Then they jump up on stage. A roar from the crowd – the atmosphere is amazing.
The Tokio Hotel try and answer questions from the fans even if, to be frank,
we can make out very little
.
Just forty minutes of non-stop screams and uninterrupted chorus chants. Just like a concert!

It all comes to an end quite fast. The boys in band take their leave from the crowd and disappear backstage to pose for a couple of photos with some lucky fans, sign autographs and then rush off .

Finally silence reigns.
All the fans have left now – some chasing after the band’s car but most have just gone home worn out after an exciting and emotionally intense day.
We stay to finish off the left-over cakes, amid the band’s signed T-shirts and the gadgets some fans left on the stage – and to take a photo souvenir to post on the blog!
