10,000 square metres just north of the Mitte and Prenzlauerberg district is the vast area where Micamoca Berlin will spring up.
The concept belongs to the Milanese collector-entrepreneur Mariano Pichler and within two years will host an art district with galleries, ateliers, and residences.
The German- Italian studio Kuehn Malvezzi is responsible for designing the project.
